i12nのShop Privacy Policy and User Agreement

1. Marketplace Nature

i12nのShop is a personal marketplace for listing and contacting about second-hand or spare items. It is not a standardized retail storefront and does not provide platform-level inspection, guarantees, or standardized returns.

2. Sold as-is

All items are sold as-is. Items may show wear, age, missing parts, cosmetic issues, or functional differences. You are responsible for confirming images, descriptions, price, condition, availability, and delivery terms with the seller before completing a transaction. Unless explicitly stated otherwise by the seller, refunds, returns, exchanges, and warranties are not provided.

3. Inquiries and Transactions

Adding items to cart or contacting the seller by email, WhatsApp, SMS, or WeChat creates an inquiry only. It does not automatically form a completed sale. The seller may decide whether to accept an offer, proceed with a transaction, and determine final payment and delivery arrangements.

4. Privacy and Data

We collect only the basic information needed to handle inquiries and contact you, such as your name, email address, WhatsApp, SMS number, and WeChat ID.

We do not sell your personal data.

Your information is used to save your buyer profile, process inquiries, let the admin review buyer and order records, and contact you when needed. Information may be disclosed only when required by law, necessary for platform security, or needed to address transaction disputes.

5. User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate contact information and must not abuse the inquiry system, impersonate others, harass the seller, or attempt to interfere with the service. The seller reserves the right to reject suspicious, abusive, or clearly bad-faith requests.

6. Profile and Deletion

You may request deletion of your saved buyer profile. After deletion, open inquiries may be cancelled. Some historical order records may still be retained when reasonably necessary for recordkeeping, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
